Lovely evening, great food! During our ride from the airport to our hotel, Chop House was highly recommended to us by our driver— these are the kind of recommendations we don’t take lightly. We were two couples on the first night of an Ireland vacation. Our hosts and server, Connor, were engaging and highly competent. The dishes we chose were fish and chips; wagyu burger with fries; 10 oz ribeye; and 8 oz steak. All were cooked to perfection. Two of us shared a specialty dessert, which was properly decadent. For a truly special meal, you won’t be disappointed.

Best food we had in Dublin Great food in a Comfy atmosphere. Conner was a welcoming and pleasant host. We dined here twice. Pork chop , fish and chips , steak sandwich and burgers were all delicious . It was the only place we found that served Stonewell cider too.

Always outstanding food & service! Visited The Chophouse (our favourite restaurant in Dublin) on Friday 24th March for the first time since lockdown. Great to be able to head back again. Everything from the service, the wine, the atmosphere, to the superb food was absolutely top drawer. Just reminded us and cemented the fact that this is our favourite eat out spot in Dublin. Can’t wait to go back again very soon. If you’re in Dublin you MUST go here, if you don’t you’re definitely missing a big part of your visit to the city.

The best place in D4 Joe was wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. He gave great menu suggestions and was such good fun, he really made our experience.The rest of the staff were fabulous aswell and the food was superb. What a wonderful night, thank you!

A Standout Gastropub We arrived toward the end of service and the chef very kindly fulfilled our special requests. I was surprised the chef knew the expression "Pittsburgh Rare" and the execution was excellent. I savoured each mouthful of the perfectly caramelised sear and the buttery rare interior. We both thought all of our meal was exceptional. Thoughtful service rounded out the experience. I would not consider visiting Dublin without coming back to The Chophouse.

Fabulous Mother’s Day lunch Wonderful welcome with a free glass of bubbly for Mother’s Day. Lovely table with a banquet and a view right at the window with lots of natural light. Extensive menu with plenty of options in addition to a specials menu and a kids menu. Deliciously fresh fish cooked to perfection. Great service with a smile. Great wine list. I thoroughly enjoyed the bread and butter Chardonnay from Napa. We will definitely be returning. Probably my new favourite place for Sunday lunch with the family. Lovely family atmosphere.

Amazing food and service! Food was amazing. Chophouse fish Board with and the Waygu burger was fabulous. The service from our waitress Clara was excellent. Looking forward to our return Visit.

Wonderful Had a wonderful experience here . We shared an octopus to start followed by a lamb and salmon . All dishes as good as eachother . Was very busy as you’d expect for a Saturday night . Clara our server was very attentive and friendly . Hopefully get a chance to return when in Ireland again . All in very good .

Amy’s birthday Fab nite in the chop house, veggies and carnivores well catered for. Coll cheese to die for and wagyu burgers amazing,also desserts (pancakes) soooo delicious. Great atmosphere for a TUESDAY nite, amazing. Donegal Joe and Kathy are always there to welcome guests and they make the experience special……. Oh Kevin’s ok too 😊😊😊😊😊😊
